Merrick Park Announces Holiday Celebrations

Uniting Miami’s local community to kick of the holiday season, Village of Merrick Park announces their annually celebrated tree lighting ceremony. Now in its 10th year, the majestic 50-foot tree decorated with over 50,000 LED lights welcomes thousands of locals as the recognized symbol of the holidays in Miami. Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped gift to donate to Toy for Tots.

Flowing into the weekend with Miami’s marquee community philanthropists and influencers, Village of Merrick Park debuts the first-ever Shop-o-holly brunch series, featuring favorites by CRAVE, Villagio, Sawa, Neiman Marcus and C’est Bon, followed by shopping! Two of Miami’s most highly recognized organizations help Merrick Park usher in the holidays:

On Saturday, Merrick Park brings together Miami-Dade’s most driven, powerful women to foster growth and change at United Way Women’s Leadership end-of-the-year private (invitation only) thank you brunch.

Sunday brings together leading influencers, dog lovers and philanthropists for Humane Society’s 16th Annual Brunch for the Animals. For $150 per person, guests are invited to EAT l SHOP l LOVE — as Merrick Park merchants offer gifts, discounts and donations exclusively to brunch patrons, including Jimmy Choo, Adolfo Dominguez, Dian Von Furstenberg, Tourneau, Agent Provocateur and more.
