Coral Gables Gallery Night — Free Select Fridays
Free Gallery Openings on Miracle Mile and Giralda Avenue
On select Friday evenings, galleries along Miracle Mile and Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables open simultaneously for free — a more intimate, neighborhood-scale alternative to Wynwood, with wine, conversation, and serious art.
Coral Gables Gallery Night is one of South Florida's most underrated free cultural events. While Wynwood draws thousands on Art Walk nights, the Gables version is quieter, more intimate, and in many ways more rewarding for serious art engagement. The galleries along Miracle Mile and Giralda Avenue tend toward established contemporary art, photography, and fine craft — with artists often present and genuinely available for conversation. The Mediterranean architecture of Coral Gables provides a backdrop that feels unlike anywhere else in Miami, and the surrounding restaurants make it easy to extend the evening into dinner.
