Wynwood Día de los Muertos Ofrenda Trail

Sixteen Wynwood businesses build ofrendas — the candlelit altars of marigolds, photographs, pan de muerto and favorite foods that welcome departed loved ones home — for the Wynwood BID's first Ofrenda Trail. Honorees include Celia Cruz at Morelia Paletas, Selena at the Moxy, Dolly Parton at Wynwood Shop, Jimi Hendrix at 27 Club Coffee, Juan Gabriel at Cotidiano, Frida Kahlo at Auratherapy, and Benito Juárez at the restaurant that bears his name. Free, self-guided, open whenever the businesses are — which in Wynwood runs late. Runs October 30 through November 8. Media and partner kickoff: Friday Oct. 30, 4–6 p.m. at Cha Cha Chá.
