A free community wellness event featuring a 3.5-mile weighted beach walk, guided breathwork with longevity expert Gary Brecka, and a beach workout session with fitness leader Mike Holland. Hosted by AION founder Brent Yates at Mid Beach Park. Registration and vest fittings begin at 7:30 AM. Weighted vests not required to participate.
