DONNA PASCOE SALON CREATES BEAUTIFUL OPPORTUNITY TO BENEFIT MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER

On October 11, 2011 from 4pm to 8pm the Donna Pascoe Salon will partner with the American Cancer Society in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.  Attendees will be given an opportunity to pamper themselves at one of the area’s most innovative salons while supporting an important cause.

In addition to wine and hors d’oeuvres, the $25 ticket includes the choice of a haircut by one of the salon’s acclaimed stylists, a treatment for hair and scalp or a wash and blow-dry.  Pascoe also is offering 50% off on organic hair color. The salon was one of the first in the country to “Go Green,” and offer a new organic hair dye discovered in Milan, Italy, that is plant based and completely organic.

“These hair colors are completely non toxic and produce traditional hair dye results, said Donna Pascoe. “I can confidently recommend them
to any woman without fear of toxic effects on their health and well-being.”

Other options to beautify during the special afternoon and evening are a manicure and lip wax, a mini massage or reflexology. If it’s the wardrobe that needs a lift, the salon’s Styles Boutique will be offering 15% off on handbags, jewelry and apparel for the night.

Reserve your spot before noon on October 11th. Tickets to the event are $25 and all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to
the American Cancer Society. Join in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and honor patients and survivors while taking care of yourself
as well. Pascoe further stated, “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is more than just the name of a walk; it describes the progress that is being
made to save lives and end breast cancer. All of us at Donna Pascoe Salon want to support the community and, especially, our neighbors who
have been diagnosed and survive breast cancer.”

On October 22nd, dedicated walkers, donors and volunteers from all over South Florida will walk 2.5 miles beginning at Mizner Park, through the newly renovated Promenade in downtown Boca, returning to Mizner Park. Each step they take is personal. They also are securing donations that help to save lives. And each volunteer helps create a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays.
