Where to Ring in 2027 in Miami: Every Table, Every Seating, Every Angle

New Year's Eve 2027 in Miami, fully documented. Rao's Miami Beach (4.8K reviews, two seatings) is the hardest table in the city. Torno Subito in the Design District is the only venue with a 7pm first seating — the only NYE option that doesn't require you to eat dinner at 6pm. Vida at Fontainebleau is the only single-seating NYE (6–10:30pm). Hakkasan has the latest second seating end time at 11pm.

Food & Dining

New Year's Eve 2027 in Miami is fully documented. Nine restaurants, every seating window, every editorial angle. The pattern that emerges when you map all of them: every venue starts its first seating at 6pm — except one. That one exception is the most important editorial finding in the dataset.

Rao's Miami Beach — The Hardest Table

Rao's Miami Beach has 4,800 reviews on Resy. It is the most-reviewed restaurant in the NYE dataset and almost certainly the hardest table to get on December 31. Two seatings: 5:30–7pm and 8–10pm. The South Beach location carries the same mythology as the original Rao's in East Harlem — the room that is impossible to get into, the food that justifies the effort. If you can get a table at Rao's for NYE, you take it.

MILA — The Mediterranean Option

MILA in Miami Beach runs two seatings: 6–7pm and 9:30–10:30pm. The $195 omakase that runs on regular nights signals the kitchen's ambition. MILA is the Mediterranean-Japanese fusion room that has built one of the most consistent reputations in the city. For NYE, the late seating (9:30pm) is the right one — you arrive close to midnight, the room is at full energy, and the transition into the new year happens in the dining room rather than after it.

Hakkasan — The Party Option (Latest End Time)

Hakkasan Miami at the Fontainebleau runs two seatings: 6–8pm and 8:30–11pm. The second seating ends at 11pm — the latest end time of any restaurant in the dataset. This is the party option: Michelin-recommended Chinese haute cuisine in a room that knows how to run a night. The 8:30pm second seating puts you at the table as the countdown approaches, and the 11pm end time means you are still in the room when it happens.

AVA MediterrAegean — The Grove Option

AVA MediterrAegean in Coconut Grove runs two seatings: 6–7pm and 8:30–10:30pm. AVA is the Greek-Turkish-Israeli fusion room that has built a strong following in the Grove. For NYE, it is the most neighborhood-specific option in the dataset — the right choice for guests who want to stay in Coconut Grove and eat exceptionally well.

CASA NEOS — The Downtown Option

CASA NEOS in Downtown Miami runs two seatings: 6–7pm and 9:30–10:30pm. Downtown Miami on NYE is a different energy than South Beach or the Grove — the Brickell skyline, the waterfront, the city at its most vertical. CASA NEOS is the right choice for the table that wants to be in the center of the city as the year turns.

Claudie — The Brickell Option

Claudie in Brickell runs two seatings: 6–7pm and 8:30–10:30pm. Claudie is the French-inspired room in Brickell that has been building a following since opening. For NYE, it is the most intimate option in the financial district — a room that feels like a dinner party rather than an event.

Prime 54 — The Steakhouse Option

Prime 54 in Miami Beach runs two seatings: 6–8pm and 8:30–11pm. Prime 54 is the steakhouse option in the NYE dataset — the room for the table that wants a classic American steakhouse experience on the most celebratory night of the year. The 8:30pm second seating ends at 11pm, matching Hakkasan for the latest end time.

Vida — The Only Single Seating (No Pressure to Leave)

Vida at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach runs a single seating: 6–10:30pm. This is the only NYE in the dataset with no second seating — which means no pressure to leave. Every other venue is managing table turns. Vida is not. You arrive at 6pm and you stay until 10:30pm. For a group that wants to settle in and not feel the clock, Vida is the most relaxed NYE in the city.

Torno Subito — The Only 7pm First Seating

Torno Subito in the Design District starts its first seating at 7pm. Every other venue in the dataset starts at 6pm. This is a meaningful distinction: Torno Subito is the only NYE option in Miami that doesn't require you to eat dinner at 6pm. If you want to arrive at a reasonable dinner hour, do something before the meal, and still be at a table as midnight approaches, Torno Subito is the only venue that makes that possible. The Design District location, the Italian kitchen, and the 7pm start time make it the most editorially interesting NYE in the city.
