Food & Dining

Thanksgiving in Miami 2026 is fully documented. Every restaurant below has confirmed pricing, confirmed service windows, and a confirmed reason to exist in the hierarchy. The question is not which restaurant is best. The question is which one is right for the evening you want to have — and how much you want to spend to have it.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon — The Most Technically Ambitious

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in the Design District is the most technically ambitious Thanksgiving in Miami. Pricing is TBD — prix fixe, service window 4pm–9pm. The Robuchon kitchen applies French precision to the American holiday. If you want a Thanksgiving that treats the meal as a culinary event rather than a tradition, this is the room. The counter seats are the right ones. Book early.

Carbone Miami — The Most Glamorous Room ($225)

Carbone Miami in South Beach is the most theatrical Thanksgiving in the city. $225 per person. Service window: 4pm–9pm, indoor and outdoor. The menu: Caesar alla ZZ, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Glazed Turkey, Pecan Pie. The room is the experience — the red leather, the tuxedoed servers, the Italian-American menu that has been making people feel like they are in a scene from a film since the original Carbone opened in New York. At $225, this is the most expensive Thanksgiving in the dataset. It is also the most theatrical. Those two facts are related.

Le Jardinier — The Best Value in Fine Dining ($185, 9 Hours)

Le Jardinier in the Design District is $185 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Service window: 12pm–9pm — the longest Thanksgiving service window of any restaurant in Miami this year. Indoor and outdoor patio both available. At $185, Le Jardinier is $40 less expensive than Carbone Miami and runs four hours longer. The kitchen is garden-to-table, vegetable-forward, and Michelin-caliber. The Art Week tasting menu running December 1–6 (the same kitchen, $190 per person) is the clearest signal of what this room is capable of. For Thanksgiving, it is the best value among the fine dining options in the city.

Carbone Vino — The Grove Option ($175)

Carbone Vino in Coconut Grove is $175 per person. Service window: 2pm–9pm. The menu is the same as Carbone Miami at $50 less. If you want the Carbone experience without the South Beach price or the South Beach crowd, Carbone Vino is the answer. The Grove location is quieter, the price is more reasonable, and the food is the same argument.

Vida at Fontainebleau — The Best Value Overall ($120/$60)

Vida at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach is $120 per adult, $60 per child. Service window: 2pm–9pm. All-you-can-eat buffet with a welcome drink included. This is the only family-priced Thanksgiving in the dataset — the only option with a children's price point. It is also the only all-you-can-eat format. For a large group with mixed ages and mixed appetites, Vida is the most practical option in the city. The Fontainebleau is not a bad place to spend a holiday.

Americana Kitchen at Loews Coral Gables — The Hotel Classic

Americana Kitchen at Loews Coral Gables runs Thanksgiving November 26, 12pm–4pm. Pricing TBD. The restaurant has a 4.7 rating across 1,100 reviews — one of the highest-rated hotel restaurants in South Florida. The kitchen's Miami-inflected sensibility (the Cubano-inspired hash, the tres leches French toast) signals a room that takes the city's identity seriously. For a Coral Gables Thanksgiving with professional hotel service and a room that handles large groups well, this is the most reliable choice in the neighborhood.

Hakkasan at Fontainebleau — The Chinese Thanksgiving

Hakkasan Miami at the Fontainebleau runs Thanksgiving 2pm–9pm. Pricing TBD. Hakkasan is Michelin-recommended Chinese haute cuisine — the most formally ambitious Chinese restaurant in Miami. A Thanksgiving at Hakkasan is a deliberate departure from the traditional format, and it is the right choice for the table that has decided the holiday is an occasion to eat exceptionally well rather than to eat traditionally.

Trump National Doral — The Earliest Table

Trump National Doral runs Thanksgiving brunch starting at 11am — the earliest service window in the dataset. Pricing TBD. For the table that wants to eat early and spend the afternoon elsewhere, or for guests staying at the resort, this is the most suburban and the most traditional option in the hierarchy.
