SWEAT440 Expands in South Florida With New Studios in Aventura and North Miami

SWEAT440 is continuing its South Florida expansion with two new studios opening this fall. Aventura is slated to open in October, followed by North Miami in November — marking the brand's 19th and 20th locations in the region.

The new 2,400-square-foot Aventura studio will be located at 2956 Aventura Blvd., Unit C1, just north of Aventura Mall in a Publix-anchored plaza with free parking. The 2,600-square-foot North Miami studio will open at 2134 NE 123rd Street in San Souci Plaza.

Both locations are owned by longtime SWEAT440 operators Alex Avila, Partner and Board Member of SWEAT440, and Marc Gralnick, a multi-studio owner in South Florida. Avila previously lived in the Aventura area and Gralnick currently does — they identified the two locations as a natural next step for the brand's continued growth in Miami.

For those new to the concept: SWEAT440 is a 40-minute workout built around four 10-minute stations combining strength, cardio, and functional training. The format's defining feature is that a new class starts every 10 minutes, so members can show up when it works for them rather than planning their day around a fixed class time.
