Sexy Fish Miami Brings Flash-Frozen Ice Cream to Its Sexy Sunday Brunch This October

Throughout October, Sexy Fish Miami is partnering with Bubbice to bring an interactive dessert experience to its iconic Sexy Sunday Brunch. Available on Sunday, October 4, 11, 18, and 25, guests can select treats from Sexy Fish's signature Candy Corner, where the Bubbice team will offer made-to-order ice cream creations using its viral flash-frozen technique. Each creation will be served in a custom Sexy Fish × Bubbice cup.

Starting at $78 per person, Sexy Sunday Brunch features live entertainment, tableside dining, a curated selection of starters, sides, and mains, and a Culinary Showcase Station highlighting premium seafood and expertly crafted tartares. Guests can further elevate the experience with champagne packages, handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.

Sexy Fish is a Japanese-inspired restaurant and bar concept famed for its innovative drinks, sushi, sashimi, seafood, and Robata-grilled meat. Having arrived in London's Mayfair in 2015, the restaurant is known globally for its creative approach to Japanese cuisine, late-night experience-led dining, and award-winning bars. Conceived by Caprice Holdings' Chairman Richard Caring, with interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and artworks by Damien Hirst, the Sexy Fish look and feel is mid-century glamour and opulence. The Miami location opened in 2022, followed by Manchester in 2023 and Dubai in late 2024.
