Royal Caribbean has unveiled its 2028 Alaska season, putting four ships on the Last Frontier: Anthem of the Seas, the newly amplified Ovation of the Seas, Serenade of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas. Seven-night itineraries depart from Seattle, Seward and Vancouver between April and September 2028, with Cruisetour land extensions available before or after the voyage — including multi-night adventures into Denali National Park.

Anthem of the Seas in Alaska — the North Star glass observation capsule takes guests more than 300 feet above the ocean for glacier and mountain views.

Anthem of the Seas sails from Seward and Vancouver, May through September, calling on Hubbard Glacier and Ketchikan — fishing, kayaking, hiking and zip lining through old-growth forest. On board: the North Star glass observation capsule (300-plus feet above the ocean), the RipCord by iFly skydiving simulator, SeaPlex — the largest indoor activity space at sea — and Cruisetour extensions that push the journey inland to Denali. Ovation of the Seas, newly amplified, departs Seattle for Sitka, Skagway and Juneau, plus Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier. New on Ovation: the Sound Cellar dance venue and the Pesky Parrot tiki bar.

Four ships. Glaciers, grizzly bears, Denali. The 2028 Alaska season on Royal Caribbean opens for booking now.

Serenade of the Seas departs Vancouver for Alaska's rugged mountains, temperate rainforests and wildlife-rich coastline — Icy Strait Point (home to the longest and highest zipline in the region), Prince Rupert and Juneau. The ship's exterior is built from over three acres of glass, which means the Alaskan scenery comes to you. Voyager of the Seas runs April through September from Seattle, covering Sitka, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria, British Columbia — with ice skating, laser tag, mini golf and a fully climatized Solarium pool deck on board.

Guests departing from Seward will use a new state-of-the-art terminal built in partnership with the Alaska Railroad, designed for seamless embarkation with mountain views and direct access to the rail station. The facility also serves as a year-round community gathering space and hosts Royal Caribbean Group's Port Partners small business accelerator program for local entrepreneurs.
