Red Shoe Society: Young Professionals Supporting Ronald McDonald House South Florida

The Red Shoe Society is built on a simple conviction: young professionals have the energy, the networks, and the drive to make a real difference for families facing the unimaginable — and they should be given the tools to do it.

Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.

When a child is hospitalized, the family's world stops. Ronald McDonald House South Florida exists to make that impossible situation a little more bearable — providing a home away from home for families whose children are receiving medical treatment. The Red Shoe Society exists to make sure that mission never runs out of support.

The Red Shoe Society's mission is to support the children, families, staff, volunteers, and donors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida by engaging, empowering, and inspiring young professionals to participate in philanthropic and leadership endeavors while building awareness of RMHC.

Members take part in hands-on volunteer opportunities, organize fundraising efforts, serve in leadership roles, and build networks with other young professionals who share a commitment to the cause. The vision is an organization dedicated to supporting RMHC's needs through action — not just donation.

For information, contact Mary Ensor at Ronald McDonald House, 1145 N.W. 14th Terrace, Miami, FL 33136.
