Puff 'n Stuff Catering Unveils Its 2026 Holiday Menus — and They Are Worth the Call
Puff 'n Stuff Catering has released its 2026 holiday menus, and the range is serious: Peppercorn-Crusted Beef Tenderloin carved to order, a Fresh Pasta Experience with chefs on-site, a Holiday Blazing Doughnut Holes Station flambéed with apple cider and bourbon, and a cocktail list that runs from the Mistletoe Margarita to the Cherry Spiced Old-Fashioned. Available now through December 31 for corporate parties, private celebrations, and everything in between.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Puff 'n Stuff Catering has been doing this since 1971. That is fifty-five years of Florida holiday parties, corporate celebrations, and private events — long enough to know exactly what works and exactly what people remember. The 2026 holiday menus are the product of that experience: traditional enough to feel like the holidays, creative enough to feel like an event.
The seasonal beverage menu puts a holiday spin on classic cocktails. The Mistletoe Margarita combines white cranberry and ginger. The Holly Jolly Citrus brings winter citrus and a hint of pomegranate. The Apple Cider Bourbon arrives with a cinnamon-sugar rim. The Cherry Spiced Old-Fashioned and Pumpkin Pie Martini round out the spirits list. Alcohol-free options include chilled spiced apple cider, mocktails, and a Holiday Spritzer Station. The Hot Chocolate Bar is the detail that makes guests linger.
The interactive stations are where the 2026 menus distinguish themselves. The Fresh Pasta Experience puts chefs on-site preparing fresh pasta with seasonal sauces and accompaniments — the kind of station that becomes the conversation at the party. Carving stations serve Peppercorn-Crusted Beef Tenderloin and Tomahawk Steak, sliced to order. Additional chef-attended offerings include Grilled Shrimp and Butternut Squash Risotto, finished with toasted hazelnut crunch.
The traditional holiday entrées are Rosemary and Thyme-Marinated Turkey Breast with classic sage gravy and Red Wine-Braised Short Rib with cranberry and sage jus. Accompanying sides include Maple-Glazed Roasted Root Vegetables and Toasted Country Bread Dressing studded with dried apricots and cranberries — the kind of sides that disappear first.
For cocktail receptions, the hors d'oeuvres list includes Holiday Bruschetta with butternut squash, toasted walnuts, and balsamic smoked blue cheese, and Mini Beef Wellington with mushroom duxelles and red wine demi-glace. Artisanal charcuterie and seafood displays are also available — the full range of what a well-run cocktail hour looks like.
The Holiday Blazing Doughnut Holes Station is the dessert moment of the 2026 menus: doughnut holes flambéed with apple cider and bourbon, served with butter pecan ice cream. The Create-Your-Own Pie Station offers assorted fillings and toppings. Apple Cranberry Tarts and Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites round out the selections. Tracy Vessillo, president of Puff 'n Stuff, put it plainly: 'We wanted this year's menus to capture the flavors and traditions people look forward to while introducing unexpected touches that make each celebration feel unique.' The doughnut holes station is the unexpected touch.
The 2026 holiday menus are available for events from now through December 31, with catering packages priced per person. Holiday party bookings can be made at puffnstuff.com/order-online by submitting an event inquiry. For more information, visit puffnstuff.com or call 888.499.7833.
