MOCA Shakers: North Miami's Young International Patrons of Contemporary Art
The MOCA Shakers are not a typical museum membership. They are a curated community of young international patrons who explore Miami's vibrant art and cultural scene from the inside.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Not every art membership gets you into private collections. Not every networking group puts you in the same room as the people who actually shape Miami's cultural scene. MOCA Shakers does both.
Members of MOCA's young international patrons group — open to ages 21 to 45 — enjoy exciting programs that explore Miami's vibrant art and cultural scene, with visits to private collections and studios, exclusive events, and parties that attract MOCA's upper-level members, Miami social personalities, and sponsors including Grey Goose Vodka, Armani, Cole Haan, Elle, MTV, Chanel, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Versace, Travel + Leisure, and Arrive.
The Shakers are, as the name suggests, the people who move things. If you are a young professional who takes contemporary art seriously and wants to meet others who do too, this is the membership that puts you in the right rooms.
For information, contact Valerie Ricordi at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 770 NE 125th Street, North Miami, FL 33161. Phone: 305-893-6211. Visit mocanomi.org/membership/ for current programming.
