Miami-Based Lavior Partners with CR Fitness to Bring Botanical Wound Care to Crunch Fitness Clubs Across the Southeast

Lavior, the Miami-based botanical wound and skin care company behind a line of FDA-registered diabetic wound and skin treatments, has announced a companywide partnership with CR Fitness, the largest Crunch Fitness franchise group in the country. CR Fitness operates more than 60 clubs across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, giving the partnership a significant footprint across the Southeast.

At the center of the in-club campaign is Lavior's Multipurpose Wound Gel — a natural alternative to traditional first aid formulated with clean, botanical ingredients including aloe vera and a proprietary botanical blend, and free of steroids, parabens, and added fragrance. Indicated for cuts, scrapes, bruises, calluses, and blisters, the gel is designed to help gym members recover faster and keep training.

The partnership also introduces members to Lavior's Post-Surgical Skin Barrier Gel, formulated to support the skin's natural barrier and deliver deep, lasting hydration during the critical recovery window following surgical or aesthetic procedures — increasingly relevant to athletes managing incision care or post-injury recovery alongside their training. Both products will be featured through in-club activations and appearances at health and wellness fairs hosted at participating CR Fitness locations.

The collaboration extends inward as well: Lavior employees will receive Crunch Fitness memberships as a new corporate wellness benefit, reflecting the company's commitment to employee health.
