¡HOLA! Americas has announced the return of Latina Powerhouse 100 — its annual list recognizing Latina women whose work is shaping their fields across the United States, Latin America, and beyond. Now in its sixth year, the initiative culminates in a gala on Monday, November 2, at the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
This year marks a first for the event: more than 400 guests will gather directly on the Ziff stage, transforming one of Miami’s most iconic performance spaces into an intimate setting to honor the 2026 class. The theme is “The Hispanic Legacy: Inspiring America’s Future.”
Six Years, 600 Women
What began in 2020 as a digital platform has grown into a signature ¡HOLA! franchise — stories told across print, social, and live events. Past honorees span the full range of influence: Shakira, Chita Rivera, Zoe Saldaña, Diana Trujillo, Dany Garcia, Selena Gomez, Jordan Chiles, and Eva Longoria, among hundreds of others.
“Latina Powerhouse was created to shine a light on extraordinary women and the stories that deserve to be told,” said Nagidmy Márquez Acosta, Chief Content Officer of ¡HOLA! Americas. “Six years later, we’re celebrating not only what these women have achieved but also the legacy they’re building for the generations that follow.”
The Soundtrack of the Americas
The evening will feature a musical production called “The Soundtrack of the Americas,” performed by the Latina Powerhouse Big Band with special guests. The production is designed to celebrate music that has connected cultures and generations across the hemisphere.
The 2026 honorees will be announced ahead of the gala. Full details and the road to the event are at hola.com/us/latinapowerhouse.
