Kempinski Residences Miami Design District Introduces VIP Concierge

DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, developer of Kempinski Residences Miami Design District — the first standalone branded residential project in the United States by Kempinski Group — has announced the appointment of a VIP Concierge for the development. In a move that sets the project apart from most branded residences, concierge service will be available from contract signing, not just from move-in.

Buyers will also receive immediate access to the GHA (Global Hotel Alliance) Discovery Titanium card and all associated benefits upon signing. The role draws on the personalized service culture long associated with Kempinski hotels, providing buyers with tailored concierge and lifestyle support — from everyday arrangements to highly customized experiences — well before they take possession of their homes.

The VIP Concierge brings nearly two decades of luxury hospitality experience across some of South Florida's most exclusive properties. The role will shape and oversee a bespoke resident experience program spanning dining reservations, travel coordination, curated local experiences, and resident programming — all available from contract signing onward.

"Today's luxury buyers expect more than beautiful design and amenities; they expect a level of service that simplifies and enhances everyday life," said Joseph DaGrosa, Founder and Chairman of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC. "The VIP Concierge brings an extraordinary understanding of discretion, personalization, and relationship-driven hospitality that will become a meaningful extension of the living experience at Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, and giving buyers VIP concierge access at signing means they feel that service commitment from the very beginning of their journey with us."

Located at the gateway to the Miami Design District at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, Kempinski Residences Miami Design District will feature 128 private residences across two 23-story towers, along with six townhomes and 18 guest suites exclusively for residents. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape architecture by Enea, the development blends contemporary architecture with European-inspired hospitality and service.

Amenities will include wellness and recovery facilities, two separate pools, a cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, restaurant and dining spaces, wine and game lounges, a screening room, golf and Formula 1 simulators, padel courts, and family-focused amenities. The Kempinski Group will provide supervisory direction and control of management and operations, supporting a hospitality-forward residential lifestyle rooted in service and operational excellence.
