Give Miami Day Is November 19: One Day to Support Over 1,000 Miami-Dade Nonprofits
Give Miami Day is the single most powerful day on Miami's philanthropic calendar. One day. Over 1,000 nonprofits. Every dollar goes directly to the causes that shape this city.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Philanthropy
On November 19th, Give Miami Day returns for its annual 24-hour giving event — one of the largest of its kind in the nation. From 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM, donors can visit GiveMiamiDay.org to support more than 1,000 nonprofit organizations serving Miami-Dade County.
The platform is available year-round to learn about the nonprofits that make Miami a better place — but on Give Miami Day, the community comes together in a single coordinated act of generosity that amplifies every dollar given. Organizations across every cause area participate: arts and culture, education, health, housing, youth development, environmental conservation, and more.
For organizations like New World School of the Arts, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, Give Miami Day is a critical fundraising moment. NWSA's early giving period opens November 14th. For the Nicklaus Children's Hospital Foundation, Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, AI Justice, Miami Lighthouse, and dozens of other organizations covered in Premier Guide Miami, November 19th is a day to show up.
Visit GiveMiamiDay.org to browse participating organizations, set up a fundraiser, or make a direct gift. Every contribution — no matter the size — counts.
