EDEN Residential Is the New Name for a Miami Developer That Has Been Quietly Building Everywhere

EDEN Multifamily rebrands to reflect what it already is: a full-spectrum residential developer with 1,000+ Florida units delivered and a 400+ unit luxury condo co-developed with Kygo’s Palm Tree Crew now in the market.

Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.

The name change is the easy part to explain. EDEN Multifamily has spent the last several years expanding well beyond multifamily, delivering build-to-rent communities across Florida, breaking ground on townhomes in Charlotte, and now co-developing a luxury condominium tower in Miami with one of the more culturally interesting partners in the market. The rebrand to EDEN Residential is the company catching its name up to what it already does.

The announcement dropped October 26 alongside the formal launch of Palm Tree Residences Miami, a 400+ unit luxury condominium developed in partnership with Sterling Equities, PMG, Lion Development Group, and Palm Tree Crew, the global entertainment and investment company co-founded by internationally renowned music producer Kygo and entrepreneur Myles Shear. It is the first residential project to carry the Palm Tree name.

EDEN was founded by real estate veterans Jay Massirman and Jay Jacobson, and entered a strategic joint venture with Sterling Equities in 2022. Since then the firm has delivered four build-to-rent communities throughout Florida totaling over 1,000 units. The current development pipeline sits at nearly 2,500 units across multifamily, BTR, and condominium projects.

Palm Tree Residences Miami is the project that puts the rebrand in context. A luxury condo co-developed with the creative infrastructure behind one of the most recognized names in global music is a different kind of statement than a multifamily complex in a suburban corridor. It signals where EDEN is positioning itself as the residential market continues to evolve.
