Delilah Miami Is Doing Sundays Now — And It Looks Like This
The Brickell Key supper club that owns Saturday nights is coming for your Sundays. Starting November 1, Sundays on the Water brings the full Delilah experience — live DJs, cocktail towers, tableside Champagne — to the waterfront patio every week from 3 to 9 p.m.

If you thought Delilah Miami was strictly an after-dark proposition, think again. Starting November 1, the celebrity-frequented supper club on Brickell Key is claiming Sunday afternoons with a new weekly series called Sundays on the Water — and it looks exactly like what you would expect from a venue that has never done anything halfway.
Every Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m., the restaurant's waterfront patio transforms into a full-scale day party: rotating DJs, sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, and a cocktail program built for sharing. Cocktail towers (50) arrive with 12 miniature martinis — guests choose three varieties from The h.wood Group's classic lineup or Delilah's own signature collection. Large-format punch bowls (00) serve approximately 10 drinks. A roaming Champagne and rosé cart handles tableside service throughout the afternoon. Miami-based duo Paperwater — genre-blending sets that pull from pop, hip-hop, indie, and Afro-tech — opens the series on day one.
"Delilah has always been defined by the atmosphere we create, from the music and cocktails to the energy of the room," said Brian Grimmel, VP of Promotion & Marketing at The h.wood Group. "Sundays on the Water is a natural extension of that experience, bringing the spirit of Delilah's nightlife to our waterfront patio. With Miami's outdoor season beginning, it's the perfect opportunity to introduce a new way for guests to experience Delilah."
Executive Chef Mitchell Hesse — the same hand behind Delilah's dinner menu — has built a separate Sunday-only menu for the series. The kitchen, the cocktails, the view, the music: it's the full Delilah package, moved into the afternoon light.
Delilah Miami is at 301 Brickell Key Drive. Reservations are available through OpenTable. Sundays on the Water runs every Sunday from 3–9 p.m., beginning November 1.
