Hard Rock Live in Hollywood has hosted some of the most memorable nights in South Florida's concert history. Def Leppard's Summer Tour 2025 Stops on August 29 added another one to the list.
Def Leppard 's Summer Tour 2025 stopped at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood on August 29, and the Sheffield band delivered a 20-song set that moved through their catalog with the precision and power that has made them one of the most enduring acts in rock. The show opened with the Drastic Symphonies version of "Gods of War" with a countdown, followed by a Pyromania intro that set the tone for a night that would draw heavily from that album and Hysteria. "Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop)," "Rocket," "Let's Get Rocked," "Foolin'," and a shortened "Armageddon It" preceded "Animal," "Love Bites," and "Just Like '73." "Let It Go," an acoustic/electric "This Guitar," and a full-band acoustic "Two Steps Behind" gave the set a quieter center before "Bringin' On the Heartbreak," "Switch 625," "Rock of Ages," and "Photograph" closed the main set. The encore brought "When Love and Hate Collide," "Hysteria," and a closing "Pour Some Sugar on Me" that sent the crowd out into the Florida night with the kind of full-room singalong that only a song of that magnitude can produce. Olivia Rodrigo plays two nights. Shakira closes the month at Kaseya. Miami Book Fair takes over Wolfson Campus. And Art Week is three weeks out — which means the reservation windows are already closing. Here is what we are watching.
On the Radar: November 2–8
GEMS closes out with Turturro and a Mike Leigh retrospective. The South Miami Art Festival takes over Sunset Drive. A 40-seat Syrian long table on Miami Beach is nearly full. GableStage opens Liberation. NASCAR Championship Weekend hits Homestead. And Tony Robbins takes over Kaseya for four days. This is the week the city shifts.
Inside the Room: Apotheke South Beach Opens With Three Nights of Celebration
Before the doors officially opened on October 30, Apotheke South Beach hosted three nights of exclusive celebrations — botanical cocktails, a prix fixe dinner at Naked Tomato, and a first look at the hidden lounge tucked behind an unmarked entrance on Washington Avenue.
