Fontainebleau Miami Beach has announced its New Year's Eve lineup for December 31, 2026, and it comes in two formats. GRAMMY-winning DJ and producer David Guetta returns to headline an indoor celebration at the resort's Sparkle Theatre, while a new family-friendly experience launches at the Coastal Convention Center — the two events connected at midnight by a livestream of Guetta's countdown.

Sparkle Theatre: David Guetta, 9 PM – 2 AM

The adults-only (21+) celebration runs from 9 PM to 2 AM, with Guetta leading a live countdown to midnight. General admission tickets start at $200 for a limited early bird offer and include a premium open bar throughout the evening. Reserved tables offer dedicated seating, bottle service, and a selection of small bites and beverages.

Coastal Convention Center: Family Experience

The family-friendly celebration features a celebratory buffet dinner with two seating options — 7 PM to 9 PM and 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM — followed by a rooftop silent disco from 10 PM to 1 AM with seating and cocktails for adults and a dedicated children's activity space. At midnight, guests watch a livestream of Guetta's countdown from Sparkle Theatre. Family Experience tickets start at $375 for guests ages 11 and older, $200 for children ages 5 to 10, and complimentary for children 4 and under. Tickets include the buffet dinner and access to all evening entertainment.

Dining: Prime 54, Hakkasan, and Vida

Fontainebleau's signature restaurants are offering special New Year's Eve menus. At Prime 54, the curated menu includes Prime Beef Tartare, Bay Scallop with Black Truffle, Wagyu Châteaubriand, Salmon Wellington, and a Midnight Mocha dessert. At Hakkasan — Michelin-recognized — the menu features Pipa Duck, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle Sauce, Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef, and traditional Peking Duck with Caviar. Both restaurants are priced at $220 and $320 per person, with vegetarian options available. Vida offers a festive buffet-style experience with no reservations required.

"For decades, Fontainebleau Miami Beach has set the stage for unforgettable New Year's Eve celebrations, and this year, we are introducing an exciting new chapter in that tradition," said Peter McMahon, executive vice president and managing director of Fontainebleau Miami Beach. "Bringing David Guetta's electrifying performance indoors to Sparkle Theatre allows us to create an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience for our guests while our new family-friendly celebration offers another way to experience the excitement of the evening."

The evening continues Fontainebleau's BleauLive entertainment legacy — a series that has brought Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Calvin Harris, Pitbull, The Weeknd, the Jonas Brothers, and Ariana Grande to its stages. Tickets for both experiences are available at fontainebleau.com/nye.
