CHYL: Camillus House Young Leaders Taking On Chronic Homelessness in Miami
CHYL is not a passive membership. It is an invitation to be part of one of the most ambitious missions in Miami philanthropy: definitively ending chronic homelessness in this community.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Camillus House is one of the largest and most respected organizations in Miami-Dade working to solve the problem of chronic homelessness. CHYL — Camillus House Young Leaders — is the group of young professionals who have decided to be part of that solution.
Members have the opportunity to attend exciting events, meet new people, and develop lasting relationships while having a great time. But the substance runs deeper than the social calendar. CHYL members receive social and professional networking opportunities with other dynamic leaders from all fields, invitations to rewarding member-only volunteer activities at Camillus House, and first priority notice of upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
Most importantly, CHYL members have the chance to bring Camillus House's forward-looking vision to the community — and to be part of the organization's historic campaign to definitively end chronic homelessness in Miami. That is not a small thing to be part of.
For information, contact Marcy Belfi, Director of Special Events, at 305-374-1065 ext. 331. Camillus House Young Leaders are based at 1603 N.W. 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136. Visit camillusleaders.org.
