Bugatti Lends Its Brand to a 60-Story Condo Tower Rising in Miami

Bugatti — the French marque synonymous with record-breaking hypercars and obsessive craftsmanship — is lending its name and design DNA to a 60-story residential tower planned for Miami. The project, known as Bugatti Residences, marks the brand's first foray into branded real estate in the United States and adds another chapter to Miami's ongoing transformation into one of the world's most coveted addresses for ultra-luxury living.

The tower's exterior rendering reveals a facade that reads unmistakably Bugatti — horizontal fins wrapping the building in a rhythm that evokes the sculpted bodywork of a Chiron or Veyron, punctuated by dramatic open-air sky terraces that cut through the midsection and crown of the tower like the aerodynamic channels of a hypercar. The rooftop is capped with a dark, structured penthouse level that mirrors the carbon-fiber aesthetic the brand has refined over decades on the track.

Bugatti Residences is being developed in partnership with Binghatti, the Dubai-based developer that has built a portfolio of branded towers in the UAE — including collaborations with Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. The Miami project represents Binghatti's first U.S. development and signals the developer's ambition to bring its formula of automotive and luxury brand partnerships to the American market.

The tower is planned for the Brickell corridor, Miami's financial and luxury residential spine, where it will rise among a skyline that has grown dramatically over the past decade. At 60 stories, it will be among the tallest residential structures in the city. Residences are expected to range from one-bedroom units to expansive penthouses, with interiors carrying through the Bugatti design language — think hand-stitched leather, machined metal details, and the kind of material obsession the brand applies to a $3 million automobile.

Amenities are expected to include a private car gallery, a racing simulator, a rooftop pool, a spa, and concierge services calibrated to the expectations of buyers who collect hypercars alongside real estate. The project joins a growing roster of automotive-branded residences in South Florida — Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, with its car elevators that bring vehicles directly to residents' floors, set the template, and Aston Martin Residences in Brickell has since followed. Bugatti's entry raises the stakes further.

For Miami, the announcement is another data point in the city's emergence as a global magnet for ultra-high-net-worth buyers drawn by the combination of no state income tax, international connectivity, and a cultural scene that has matured considerably since the pandemic-era migration wave. Branded residences — where a recognized luxury name commands a significant price premium over comparable unbranded product — have become one of the defining real estate trends of the decade, and Miami is now one of the world's most active markets for them.

Pricing and a formal sales launch timeline have not yet been announced. For more on Miami's luxury real estate and lifestyle scene, check our Events Calendar and stay tuned to Premier Guide Miami.
