The waterfront Edgewater restaurant sits on Biscayne Bay with views that make any occasion feel like an event — and on Thanksgiving, November 26, it is leaning into that fully with a lavish dinner buffet designed to be the kind of feast that earns its reputation.
The buffet opens with artisanal cheese and charcuterie, seasonal soup, fresh salads, and warm dinner rolls and crusty biscuits. The vegetable and sides station covers roasted squash, green beans, Brussels sprouts, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy potatoes, sweet potato, mac and cheese, classic herb stuffing, and savory meat stuffing — the kind of lineup that makes the protein station feel like a bonus rather than the main event.
The carved and roasted proteins are where Amara earns its reputation: herb-crusted turkey breast, salt-baked salmon, and coast-roasted ribeye steak. All three are carved to order. The ribeye alone is reason enough to book.
