Guests will enjoy passed canapes including Jumbo Shrimp cocktail with Basil Laced Cocktail Sauce, Tuna Tartar on Wonton Crisp, Smoke Salmon Butterflies with Caviar Painted Wings, three buffet stations including a Risotto station with an array of gourmet toppings.

In addition, guests will witness a cooking demonstration by these two masters of cuisine.

Executive Chef Marc Debas joined Acqualina in June 2008 after spending nearly 10 years perfecting his culinary artistry in the prestigious capital of France at the legendary Hotel de Crillon.  He then went on to work in Monaco, the Bahamas and most recently the Lago mar resort in Ft. Lauderdale.  Chef Debas oversees the array of first-class dining options offered at Acqualina.  From the beachfront Riviera-inspired Costa Grill and lively Aaria bar & Lounge to that decadent and romantic Intimate Beachfront Dining program and renowned custom catering division.
Celebrity Chef Marc Cummings
trained and certified as a Master Chef at the prestigious Cordon Bleu in Paris.  After receiving his training, he journeyed to Tahiti to serve as the Executive Chef for the world renowned Club Med Resorts.  It was through his experience of opening his own Los Angeles restaurants that Chef Cummings began interacting with people and sharing his culinary knowledge of creating gourmet recipes that are easy to execute.  In his new book, ‘Tastes of the World,’ Chef Marc breaks down 3-and-a-half hour Cordon Bleu gourmet dishes and instructs how to prepare them in 18-22 minutes.
