Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti at The Palms Hotel & Spa invites locals and hotel guests alike to experience Sunday Brunch at Essensia, weekly from 11.30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. With a menu carefully crafted by Jeannetti, Sunday Brunch at The Palms incorporates fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients offering wholesome, natural gourmet cuisine in a leisurely and relaxed ambiance.
Patrons will enjoy a beautifully presented selection of traditional brunch specialties, including hot and cold breakfast items, a salad station and unique highlights such as an outdoor grill and risotto & pasta station. Jeannetti has made a few spins on conventional brunch items to showcase the restaurant’s healthful mission by including only organic eggs at the omelette station, fresh whole wheat waffles and bountiful fresh fruits and berries. The outdoor grill station features made-to-order meats, chicken, fresh fish and organic vegetables and a divine risotto and pasta station engages risotto, gnocchi, agnolotti and ravioli lovers with creations made on-site and rotated weekly with seasonal vegetables and exceptional seafood. Rounding out the brunch experience is Pastry Chef Gail Goetsch’s delectable creations, which include a variety of cookies, mousses, tarts, pots de crème and much more.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Sunday Brunch is $39.00++ per person and includes one complimentary glass of Lamarca Prosecco, or a Mimosa per person. Kids 10 and under are $19.00++.
