Treehouse Hotel Is Coming to Manchester — and It's Worth the Transatlantic Trip
The cult London boutique hotel brand that redefined what a city hotel could feel like is expanding to Manchester. Here's why it matters for Miami travelers.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Treehouse Hotel built its reputation in London by doing something most boutique hotels only claim to do: creating a space that feels genuinely alive. The Marylebone property has a rooftop bar, a restaurant with real culinary ambition, and a design sensibility that manages to be warm without being precious. Now it's coming to Manchester.
The Manchester property opens in late 2026 in the Northern Quarter, the city's creative and cultural hub. The location is deliberate — Manchester's music and arts scene is one of the most significant in the UK, and Treehouse's programming model (live music, local partnerships, community events) fits the neighborhood better than it would anywhere else in the city.
The lounge views from the upper floors look out over the Manchester skyline — a city that has rebuilt itself so thoroughly in the last twenty years that it barely resembles the post-industrial landscape that defined it. Treehouse Manchester opens for reservations this fall.
