Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative Hosts 11th Annual “Open the Door” Dinner Dance

The Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative (WBHI) will host the 11th annual Open the Door Dinner Dance on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa (19999 W. Country Club Dr., Aventura, FL). The theme for this year’s event is “Open the Door to Your Imagination” and will include live entertainment, dinner and cocktails. Tickets start at $175 per person.

Legacy Chairs Michele and Don Soffer have been a significant force in growing the capacity to advance women’s health, leadership and building the next generation of advocates for disease prevention and health promotion,” said Andrea Ivory, founder of WBHI. “Our Open the Door Dinner Dance is an opportunity for the community to help celebrate our collective successes.”

The Open the Door Event Committee is also welcoming Christine E. Franklin as the event chair. Franklin is the President of Cherokee Corp.
