VICEROY MIAMI HOTEL DEBUTS 15th AND VINE KITCHEN AND BAR

Rising 15 floors above bustling Brickell Avenue and offering a vibrant culinary experience reflective of Miami’s cultural tapestry, the new 15th and Vine Kitchen and Bar will open at Viceroy Miami hotel late November.

Set alongside the 300-foot Icon swimming pool with unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay, 15th and Vine’s terrace offers open-air seating options and leads into a lively dining room with inviting communal high-top tables, numerous private tables and a full-service bar. An intimate 10-person dining room is available for a more exclusive dining experience.

The contemporary American tapas-style menu at 15th and Vine changes seasonally and features a diverse selection of small, flavorful portions designed to be shared. Offering delectable dishes for all palates, the menu is influenced by Latin, Asian and Italian cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with selections such as Spicy Ginger Meatballs, Southwestern Tequila Grilled Chicken Skewer and Seafood Cioppino.

Looking for a unique sharing experience? Receive priority communal table seating and reserve “The 15@15th” taster menu. Groups of eight to ten people can sample fifteen chef selected menu items, including two house selected glasses of wine per person, for $315 inclusive of taxes and service charge.

Full-size menu options, such as the exquisite Black Cherry Wood Smoked Duck, are also available for those who would prefer not to share. An array of signature American wines complements the menu.
