UM School of Law Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop June 7

The 29th Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop focuses on where the practice of consumer bankruptcy is going and more complex issues that arise. Panels include emerging chapter 13 issues, individual chapter 11 practice for debtors over the debt limits, the intersection of ethics and technology, and the ever-popular View from the Bench section with our Southern District of Florida judges.

The one-day program offers useful information on local practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and is presented by the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida in conjunction with the University of Miami School of Law and the Dade County “Bar Put Something Back” Program.
