The Traymore Restaurant and Bar at Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, launches its Spring program of evening bar initiatives for hotel guests and local gin enthusiasts, showcasing more than 40 imported brands from around the world – presenting The Traymore Gin Bar as the only gin tasting destination in the region.
Starting this week is Gin Bar Social Hour – ideal for any evening occasion with family and friends or to let off steam with co-workers after a hard day at the office. Each day, between 5:00pm and 7:00pm and later in the evening between 10:00pm and 11:00pm, The Traymore Gin Bar offers a number of drink specials that includes gin and tonics with Fever Tree Tonic or Imperial Tonic for $6, house liquors or select wines for $8, as well as Specialty Cocktails, such as the Traymore 1939 or Collins Park, for $10 each. To accompany the special drinks menu are a series of custom-made half price bar bites that include Conch Fritters ($6), Oyster Vodka Batter “Po Boy” Slider ($6), Chicken Croquettes with Piquillo Pepper Sauce ($4) and Cuban Sandwich ($5). Domestic and imported beers are priced at $5 each for the duration of each social hour at The Traymore Gin Bar.
Starting on March 17th is the return of “Ladies and Gintlemen” – every Thursday between 7:00pm and 10:00pm. In addition to a selection of any gin for $9, this evening offers guests a series of gin tastings, craft gin specials and specialty flights for $20 each, that include:

Ladies and Gintlemen has been introduced for the serious gin aficionado and for those who wish to be re-acquainted with some of the world’s most refreshing libations.
Starting on March 19th, every Saturday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, The Traymore Gin Bar presents its newly created evening for local ladies and female guests of the hotel. “Oysters and Champagne” presented by Pommery offers all oysters for $2 each, while ladies drink Pommery Brut Royal Champagne for free for the entire two-hour duration. This special evening is anticipated to be massively popular with local residents who are known to crave the local selection of oysters while taking advantage of unlimited champagne – compliments of the house.
Guests are able to enjoy The Traymore Gin Bar experience at Metropolitan by COMO within the Art Deco-inspired space of The Traymore Restaurant and Bar – designed and re-imagined by Italian designer Paola Navone. Introduced to the historic district of Miami Beach as the first of its kind anywhere in the region, The Traymore Gin Bar offers a unique gin cocktail menu of innovative creations that have been carefully crafted using a combination from the bar’s eclectic collection of more than 40 domestic and international brands from around the world. The Traymore operates a fully licensed bar until 2:00am on Friday and Saturday and until 1:00am Sunday through Thursday.
