The Related Group celebrated the remarkable sales success of MyBrickell, Millecento and IconBay at a holiday brunch at the IconBay Sales Center at 500 Brickell. Guests were treated to a delicious holiday fare catered by Perricone’s. And the top brokers with record sales for 2012 were awarded the latest iPads and complimentary stays at the SLS Hotel in South Beach for their outstanding achievements.
The Related Group continues to lead the way in the resurgence of the market, beginning with MyBrickell last year, which was the first residential project to go up in Brickell after a five-year halt in construction, and followed by Millecento, that broke ground last Fall. Their latest project, IconBay, is the next generation in the prestigious ICON brand and has already recorded remarkable sales success with over 75% of the luxury residences under contract in less than 5 months since the launch of the sales program.
