2016’s annual White Party, taking place on Saturday, November 26th, has been completely reimagined to incorporate brand new elements that exemplify South Florida’s vibrant and diverse culture. For the first time ever, White Party invites guests directly onto the sand and under the stars of Miami Beach to experience a decadent evening of high fashion, amazing art, hit musical performances, and the world-class cuisine that Miami is famous for — all in the name of charity!
The upscale gala, known for its strict white-wear dress code, will add new layers to its chic debonair charm, that annually attracts thousands from all over the map. This year’s main event will take place on the glistening sands of Lummus Park at Miami Beach on Saturday November 26th from 6:00PM-11:00PM. The soiree will showcase immersive art exhibitions, highlighting the works Leon, presented by Expat Liaison, along with a special installation by renowned Miami artist Rubem Robierb. While indulging in delectable food tastings, guests can tap their feet to the beats of DJ Derek Monteiro and special musical performances by Brian Justin Crum who wowed audiences as a finalist on this past season of America’s Got Talent!
The White Party gala, the flagship event of White Party Week’s annual event series, benefits Care Resource, a 501c3 non-profit organization, which is South Florida’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service organization. Care Resource works with a range of South Florida communities to promote education, prevention, and research of this deadly disease while supporting those affected with care and treatment. Funds raised by the White Party go directly to programs designed to help the men women, and children Care Resource serves in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
URGE Miami, the hometown party established five years ago (and responsible for the revitalization of Noche Blanca, the Sunday night event of White Party week), will team up with Care Resource for this year’s re-invented festivities. The collaboration promises to bring back the glamour the recognized event was known for in years past. No doubt that will happen with the fete taking place on the beautiful Miami sand.
The 32nd Annual White Party Week: Miami takes place November 23-28, 2016, and is comprised of over a dozen events throughout Miami’s hottest venues.
