SERVES ONE
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire½ oz St. Germain
¼ oz lime juice
¼ oz sugar syrup
3 oz apple juice
Place all of the ingredients in to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
Place ice cubes in to a Collins glass.
Pour the shaken cocktail over the ice.
Garnish with a cucumber wheel or fragrant flower.
