Sand Bake returned with an exciting list of celebrated chefs to participate in the popular Labor Day weekend event presented by the South Florida chapter of the American Institute of Wine & Food. The casual Florida tapas-style affair was held at the private Ocean Club at the legendary Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club. Participating chefs include Daniel Buss (The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club), Gabriel Fenton (BOURBON STEAK), Allen Susser (Chef Allen’s), Tim Andriola (Timo), Johnny Vinczencz (Johnny V on Las Olas), Giancarla Bodoni (Escopazzo), Giacomo Dresseno (Primavera Restaurant), Michael Moran (FIU School of Hospitality Management), Terri Wallman (Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts) and Susan Sudaka (Sisters in Pink catering). Summer wines and tropical drinks are sponsored by Premier Beverage, Republic National Distributing Co., International Wine Imports and BulletProof Wine & Spirits.
