Talavera Mexican Cocina offers a new brunch menu 11 am to 2:30 pm Saturday and Sunday with prices from $6 – $14. Diners can experience a traditional brunch menu with a Mexican-flair. Signature dishes include Huevos Divorciados, two poached eggs served with black beans and ham, one with red salsa and one with green salsa, Chilaquiles Verdes, a baked tortilla casserole in salsa verde with chicken, fried eggs on top and refried beans, and Breakfast Huarache, a signature offering which features hand-made fresh corn masa that is shaped like a flip-flop topped with black bean puree, salsa verde, goat cheese and two eggs scrambled with chorizo.
