On November 29th, Steak 954 welcomes guests to toast to the end of another year with the War of the Wines dinner series. The last installment of the series in 2012, this epic battle pits Champagne against Sparkling Wine. Guests are welcomed to sample each type of bubbly as they are paired with Chef Jason Landon Smith’s delicious five-course meal. Diners can look forward to menu highlights that include Chorizo Empanadas, Pan Roasted Striped Bass, Wagyu Flat Iron with Mushroom Jus and Meyer Lemon Pavlova. Steak 954 will present one Champagne and one Sparkling Wine with each course, leaving the guests-turned-judges to decide which pleases their palate the most!
