SeaFairMiami Hosts the World’s Number 1 Restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca

The Spanish restaurant won first place at the prestigious 2015 World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, held on June 1, 2015 in London. Led by the Roca brothers and opened in 1986, El Celler de Can Roca only opens to a maximum of 55 guests per night in Girona, Spain- with reservations required one year in advance.

This August, SeaFairMiami welcomes the restaurant’s gourmet chefs and 40 person staff to create an unforgettable dining experience for a select group of international guests. The event, sponsored by BBVA Compass Bank- headquartered in Spain, is open to an exclusive roster of invited guests. The 18 course menu will be rooted in Catalan traditional flavors while incorporating innovative and modern styles. Alongside the exceptional culinary talent, invited guests will enjoy beautiful skyline views of Downtown Miami aboard the world’s first megayacht exhibition venue.

SeaFairMiami was designed by the internationally acclaimed yacht designer Luiz de Basto, making it the fourth largest private yacht in America, 228′ long and towers 57′ from the water’s edge. The venue features 11,000 sq ft of exhibition and meeting space, and 10,000 sq ft of dining and entertainment space. SeaFairMiami is available for rental, and the event possibilities are endless.
