Renowned Chef Michael Mina to Host Four-Course Tasting Dinner at BOURBON STEAK Miami with Roy Estate Wine

unnamed-64Celebrity chef Michael Mina is hosting a Roy Estate Wine Dinner at BOURBON STEAK Miami within the Turnberry Isle Miami resort on Friday, April 17 at 7:00 p.m. For this special dining experience, Chef Mina created a four-course dinner menu paired perfectly with wines from Roy Estate vintages. Guests can expect an intimate dining experience with personalized hospitality by Michael Mina.

 

The exclusive four-course menu features delectable dishes like Florida Heirloom Tomatoes paired with Roy Estate Sauvignon Blanc and Hay Smoked New York Strippaired with Roy Estates Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. For dessert, diners will indulge on Chocolate Financier with a fine Roy Estate Library Cabernet Sauvignon.

A contemporary American steakhouse, BOURBON STEAK at Turnberry Isle Miami is the only Florida location of Michael Mina’s beloved restaurant brand and gives South Florida diners the chance to sample Mina’s singular culinary style in a chic, 250-seat space designed by longtime Mina collaborator, Tony Chi.  The striking dining room with mirrored walls and a “glass box” private room places culinary emphasis on the finest meats and freshest seafood, butter poached over a wood burning grill. Diners can enjoy over 1,000 wines from BOURBON STEAK’s wine cellar, relax with a premium cigar from the extensive cigar menu in the lounge, and sample dishes from the popular Bar Burgers menu.

 

The vineyard of Roy Estate, located on the eastern side of Napa Valley in California, is a seventeen acre vineyard divided into seventeen blocks for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. From vineyard design to careful management, Roy Estate allows wine enthusiasts to enjoy some of the most exquisite, fruitful wines around.
