Primrose, South Beach Launches in The Stiles Hotel South Beach

South Beach is a global melting pot of cultures from around the world. To stay true to that essence, The Stiles Hotel unveils a new restaurant, Primrose, characterized by a fusion of Far East Fare, traditional American gastronomies and French cooking techniques. Helmed by Regional Executive Chef Evan Percoco, the restaurant provides patrons with an intimate South Beach dining experience with a rich Art Deco history and blend of international flavors.

The timeless property radiates a neighborhood-feel blended with a chic reinvention to help patrons rediscover the beauty and authenticity of Collins Avenue. With just under 60 seats, Primrose offers an intimate culinary experience in the main dining room, and seats on the al fresco patio to relish in Miami’s eclectic nightlife.

The restaurant also pays homage to the property’s original 1930s name, Primrose. Originally known as the Primrose Hotel, and later revived as The Hotel Nash, the new Stiles Hotel has been named to honor the late John Stiles Collins, the renowned land developer credited for the first use of the term “Miami Beach.”

Primrose entices guests with menu creations that combine local ingredients with global techniques. Culinary selections draw attention from local farms to fishermen, using homegrown ingredients prepared with a sense of adventure and originality.
