NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will host an Opus One® Wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, November 30.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception in Legends Lounge, followed by an innovative five-course meal at 6 p.m. featuring a selection of Opus One® wines.
The courses and wine pairings will include – Amuse-Bouche featuring lionfish crudo (paired with Robert Mondavi® Fume Blanc 2013); black cod en croute, foie gras, caramelized pear, lemon curd (paired with Robert Mondavi® Chardonnay 2013); local wild boar, slow cooked and roasted, blackberry compote, cassis jus (paired with Opus One® 2013); dry-aged lamb, thyme roasted loin, black cherry, beet gastrique (paired with Opus One® 2012); and 90-day bourbon-aged short loin of beef, chicken of the woods, Romanesco, Opus One® bordelaise (paired with Opus One® 2010).
The dessert offered will be Illanka chocolate mousse, juniper-pickled blueberries, ricotta olive oil cake, black cocoa crumble, cinnamon-almond crémeux, wild blueberry sorbet.
