On Wednesday, December 10th, Newgard Realty hosted a sneak peek of BrickellHouse, 46-story, luxury residential tower, under development by Newgard Development Group, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

Founded by Harvey Hernandez of Newgard Development and co-founded by Barbara Estela, Newgard Realty is a full-service real estate firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial developments in South Florida. During the evening, Newgard Realty also highlighted their newest project, The Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences in Fort Lauderdale, while celebrating the successes of Centro, BrickellHouse, and One Flagler. On display was a Lamborghini Gallardo hand-painted by Miami-based artist, Alex Mijares; authentic sounds and a live performance was provided courtesy of Regent Son Cubano, in addition to a modern Mariachi band; and light bites and bubbly sponsored by Steven G. Notables in attendance included Harvey Hernandez, Barbara Estela, Juan Pedro San Martin, Steven G, and Alex Mijares.
