NEW TRIFECTA MENU DEBUTS AT III FORKS STEAKHOUSE

unnamed-21III Forks Prime Steakhouse is offering a new three-course Trifecta Menu every Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m. For $35, guests can select from one of three choices for each course.

 

Starters include seared scallops with house-made bacon jam, a cheese plate with port wine marinated cherries or beef croustades with Creole mustard sauce. The second course choices are a III Forks salad, tomato with burrata cheese or a steakhouse wedge.

 

The main course options include filet mignon with whipped potatoes and off-the-cob corn, pan-seared atlantic salmon with chimichurri sauce and fresh asparagus with wild rice, or roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

 

Suggested wine pairings are Kenwood Yalupa Cabernet Sauvignon or Kenwood Yalupa Chardonnay.
