III Forks is celebrating Mother’s Day, with a special three-course brunch or dinner served from 11 am to 8 pm on Sunday, May 8th. The first course is a choice of either the signature III Forks salad or the steakhouse wedge salad. The second course features three entrée choices: pan-seared red snapper, coffee & coriander rubbed tenderloin or fire roasted red pepper chicken. Dessert choices are a Texas pecan cake or a chocolate mousse. The Mother’s Day special is $48 per person with tea and coffee included. Children under 12 can have a choice of soup or salad, an entrée, and dessert for $18. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
