Following the inaugural participation by The Traymore last year, Chef Lane is tempting locals once again with an array of the restaurant’s most creative dishes, demonstrating why it has become the most admired seafood restaurants in the city. The Traymore’s Miami Spice Program for 2015 will consist of two pre-fix menu offerings, one for lunch and one for dinner – rotating every two weeks during the months of August and September. This will allow plenty of opportunities for local and visiting guests to enjoy the restaurant throughout the duration of Miami Spice, starting August 1st through September 30th.  Voted one of the top three restaurants in Miami Beach by Trip Advisor, the Traymore continues to set the standard for sophisticated and approachable dining in South Florida.
Metropolitan by COMO, Miami BeachGuests will be able to enjoy a variety of delicacies on the menu for lunch that includes: Tuscan Kale, Shaved Artichoke, Manchego Cheese and Shallot Vinaigrette or “Miguel’s” Peruvian Ceviche or Florida Seafood Minestrone, as the choice of appetizers; followed by Pan Roasted Skate Wing or Open Faced Seafood Lasagna or Vegetarian Pad Thai, as the choice of entrees.  The dessert on the lunch menu is Nougat Glace with Strawberry Coulis.

On the dinner menu is Garden Beets, Whipped Avocado & Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans or Cauliflower Tartare or Florida Seafood Minestrone as a choice of appetizers. Entrée choices include Parmesan Crusted Flounder or Cast Iron Seared Bavette or Campari Tomato Risotto.  Dessert will be a special Opera Cake with coffee cream.Sesame Cannelloni with Passion Fruit Cream
The Miami Spice Lunch menu will be available each week Monday through Sunday between 12 Noon and 3:00pm at a price of $22 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a 3 course pre-fix menu.

The Miami Spice Dinner Menu will be available each week between 6:00 pm and 11:00pm Sunday through Thursday, and 6:00pm to 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday at a price of $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a 3 course pre-fix menu.
