Miami Beach Hotel Hosts Live Music in Blues Bar Every Thursday through Sunday, Starting at 8:30 p.m.

unnamed-179 The National Hotel, the cinematic Art Deco treasure in the heart of South Beach, is reviving the garish nightlife and entertainment scene in Miami Beach with the launch of “Live! at the National,” live musical performances, in a range of styles, at its iconic Blues Bar.

 

Every Thursday through Sunday, from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., music lovers can enjoy the unique talent of South Florida singers and piano players while sipping refreshing handcrafted cocktails and savoring tapas at the Blues Bar, or dining on French American cuisine from Tamara’s Bistro.

 

Guests who stride into the elegant and legendary National Hotel on Thursdays will be greeted by the sultry voice of Victor Valdez, continued with the energetic performance by Freddie Colloca on Fridays, dynamic duets by Rick Leonard and Victor Valdez on Saturdays, and smooth tunes from J Sweet on Sundays. The cast of “Live! at the National” will sing in a variety of styles of music, including jazz, blues, R&B, pop, rock, Spanish, and Broadway, and take requests from the audience.
