Essensia Restaurant at The Palms Hotel & Spa invites you to celebrate the moment when two lives intertwine naturally to become one. Debuting on Friday, February 11, Love’s Journey at Essensia features a six-course tasting dinner menu complete with a dessert for two and a bottle of Hogue Genesis wine. Private dinner service in the hotel’s Tiki Cabanas and Gazebo is available, but reservations are required as space is limited.
Carefully crafted with wholesome and seasonal ingredients, natural meat and sustainable seafood, Essensia’s Love’s Journey menu lures diners to experience the ‘pure essence of taste.’ The evening begins with a Rose Bellini welcome cocktail. The first course is Paradise Farms’ Organic Brassica Greens served with Grilled Winter Vegetable Napoleon, Shaved Fennel, Lemon-Ginger Balsamic Vinaigrette, followed by a Port Wine Poached Asian Pear served with Sliced Smoked Duck Breast, Organic Mixed Pea Shoots, Toasted Cashews, Dark Cherry Syrup. Next, a Yuzu Sorbet with Petit Organic Mint Leaves is served to prepare the palate for the entrées. Couples are invited to select two of the following main tasting courses: Chardonnay Butter Poached Lobster Tail served with Sweet Pea Ravioli, Wilted Spinach, Kim Chee Spiced Lobster Nage; Hazelnut Crusted Domestic Rack of Lamb served with Mint Scented Green Curry Mashed, Maple Glazed Organic Baby Carrots, Blueberry Demi-Glace; and Truffle Scented Wild Mushroom Risotto served with Aged Parmigiano Regianno, White Alba Truffle Oil. Finally, the journey culminates with a Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit Truffle served with Champagne Sorbet.
The Love’s Journey menu will be available Friday, February 11, through Monday, February 14, and is $185* per couple. Make the evening truly romantic with private dinner service in the Tiki Cabanas or Gazebo for $285* per couple. On Sunday, February 13, The Palms is offering a special Valentine’s Day Package, which includes one-night in an oceanfront room, dinner and breakfast at Essensia for $478*.
