GOTHAM STEAK DEBUTS THREE-COURSE SUNSET MENU
Gotham Steak, renowned chef Alfred Portale’s chic American steakhouse at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is offering a three-course prix-fixe menu at sunset beginning March 2010. Available Sunday through Thursday exclusively at 6:00pm and 6:30pm seatings for just $49 per person or $79 per person with wine pairings, Chef Portale’s menu features a selection of Gotham’s signature dishes – unique twists on classic steakhouse staples. The new menu makes Gotham Steak Miami’s ultimate après work dining destination and the best deal on the beach.
The first course options include Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad or the Gotham Chopped Salad; followed by mains to please any palate – Filet Mignon, Organic Pan Roasted Chicken or Scottish Salmon and a choice of Homemade Doughnuts or Warm Chocolate Cake to finish the meal. Guests have the option of enhancing their gastronomic experience by adding wine pairings developed by Gotham Steak’s Sommelier Yann Cosmao for an additional $30 per person.
Gotham Steak, recently awarded ‘Best New Restaurant’ and ‘Best New Steakhouse’ by Miami New Times is located within the Château Building at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, right off the main lobby and opens for dinner at 6:00pm daily.
