ESSENSIA’S SUNDAY BRUNCH

Just in time for the summer, Essensia is unveiling a new Sunday Brunch A La Carte Menu, to be offered alongside their extensive breakfast buffet. Available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., brunch features a selection of wholesome, seasonal, and natural gourmet brunch favorites, smoothies and natural cocktails in a leisurely and relaxed ambiance. Ideal for families and larger parties, Essensia’s favorite features are its outdoor terraces amidst tropical foliage and views of the pool and private beach areas.

New A La Carte Sunday Brunch Menu highlights include a Baked Organic Three Egg Fritatta made with roasted eggplant, summer squash, red bell pepper, sundried tomato, crisp pancetta and cave aged goat cheese; Lobster Beignets served with Mache and saffron aioli; Eggs Benedict Trio offers classic Eggs Benedict with Canadian Bacon, jumbo lump crab with spinach, and smoked salmon with avocado, poached eggs, toasted English muffin, lemon Hollandaise and roasted fingerling potatoes; Petit Angus Beef Tenderloin Medallions served with chorizo and Yukon gold potato hash browns and two eggs any style; and Grilled Free Range Chicken Paillard on Cibatta served with organic arugula, crisp pancetta and lemon caper aioli.  The Breakfast Buffet offers fresh, organic & seasonal fruits, yogurt parfaits, made-to-order omelets & Belgian waffles, hot & cold cereals, muesli, meats & cheeses, smoked salmon & bagels, homemade pastries & breads, quiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken-apple sausage, and breakfast potatoes.

 

Brunch takes place every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Breakfast Buffet is $24 per person and $12 (per child 12 yrs & under). A La Carte Sunday Brunch Menu prices range from $6 to $18.
