DESIGN CENTER OF THE AMERICAS TO SPOTLIGHT RENOWNED DESIGNER ADRIANA HOYOS AT SUMMER INTERNATIONAL DESIGN SERIES

unnamed-16The Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) announced their 2015 Summer International Design Series, which will spotlight world renowned designer Adriana Hoyos, along with a panel of professionals and industry leaders on their Thursday, July 23 event. Professional designers, design enthusiasts, hospitality and real estate professionals are invited to attend and learn from leading designers and key industry experts via special showroom presentations, panel discussions, open houses and receptions. The events take place on three sequential Thursdays starting on July 16 and there is no cost associated to attend.

On July 23, DCOTA will host a panel discussion on Design Influence on South Florida’s Hospitality Business, moderated by Drew Limsky, Editor in Chief of Modern Luxury Interiors. The discussion will feature Adriana Hoyos of ADRIANA HOYOS FURNISHINGS, along with 1 Hotel and Homes’ Chief Marketing Officer Kane Sarhan, the Director of Culture and Entertainment at the Edition Hotel Joshua Wagner, Paul Pebley the Director of Sales and Marketing at JW Marriott Marquis and Michael Wolk a famed hospitality interior designer. They will share their experience and insights on hospitality projects and highlight trends in the market. This will be held from 11 am to Noon in Atrium A.

For more than 25 years, Adriana Hoyos, founder of Adriana Hoyos Furnishings and Adriana Hoyos Interiors, has worked on residential projects ranging from luxury high-rise apartments and single family homes to hospitality projects. With more than 800 jobs completed worldwide, hospitality design has grown to be a specialty of Adriana Hoyos, creating signature spaces for well-known luxury brands, resort spas and boutique hotels in the United States, Bahamas, Mexico and Ecuador. The panel discussion at DCOTA will be followed by a reception at ADRIANA HOYOS FURNISHINGS (Suite C-350), where Innovations showcases its new shop within a shop. Wine and food will be served.
